My stay here was great! This is a very nice hotel, my friend and I don't usually pick hotels this nice. However, it was the most reasonably priced one! The location was perfect as it was really close to the train/bus station. We did not have a car so we came in on the bus from the airport and used the train to get to Santa Fe. Ubers were cheap from the hotel to where we wanted to go! The rooms were clean and spacious, even the bathroom! The beds were comfortable. Also, they use a text message system that you are able to text for any needs, I found that very convenient! I'd definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Albuquerque!

The ambience of the hotel was cool, calm, simple, elegant and retro. It reminded me of the fashionable 1930s. There were several places for conversations in the hotel. The restaurant the Carrie was quite nice for any meal and the atmosphere was light; the bar was darker and more intimate. The valet parking at $10 a day was a deal, convenient and safe. Overall it is amore adult than child centered hotel. Although I enjoy children, I like this more romantic, single or business clientele that this hotel caters to. I liked the proximity of being near Old Town but not directly in the hubbub.

I was there during the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta and i absolutely loved that they opened up the conference room/viewing desk on the 19th floor for us to see the balloon rising in the morning and evening. They even had free coffee and fruits. The hotel is centrally located, and like most downtowns, things are opened during business hours; not much to do in the evening -- everything seemed closed. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms were well appointed and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. All the staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff was amazing, they were so good to us and our kids. The guy at valet greeted people by name which showed us he really took the time to get to know the guest. It was my daughters 3rd birthday and everyone was amazing and told her Happy Birthday which she loved! Anything we needed the staff was prompt and we were very impressed. I loved the coffee bar and the 1920’s bar was amazing! The pool was great but seating was limited. Other then that we loved it!

Gorgeous hotel, felt very luxurious. We were only here for one night, so didn't take advantage of the facilities, but they looked nice. We ate dinner at their lounge and the prices were reasonable and food was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I'm surprised it didn't cost more, but maybe we just got a good deal.
